Re-Energy Exercises by Aiping Wang

Aiping Wang Fulepp devised these exercises after years of practicing many different Chinese traditional exercises and healing systems. It complements her healing systems and makes sure that the person doing them completely empties out their mind, release physical blockages and energetic blockages and a re-energises themselves. When the practitioner has learnt these skills to a higher level, the can get great results very quickly. In the beginning, though, they need to spend longer doing them.

The key is that the practitioner learns to move without moving and literally end up in a state of relaxation whilst they are moving… in this state, the mind and body are able to function in a completely different way, and the results are a feeling of lightness, emptiness of all thoughts and a deep sense of relaxation and recharge.

To perform these exercises, the first position is simply to stand with legs slightly parted and start to jump, with the souls of the feet parallel to the ground and the practitioner staying on one place. In this way, it can be seen as something life jumping on the spot. Te movements are gentle and not hurried and the whole body is left to hang down, although the back is kept straight and the practitioner doesn’t slouch forward. In fact the head is tilted slightly backward and the neck is free to move from side to side, so that the face remains pointing forward and the ears move downwards from shoulder to shoulder with each step up and down. It seems like the practitioner is controlled by invisible puppeteer, and to make it even more strange looking they have to smile as well.

The best time to do this exercise is just before sun rise, and to be pointing towards the east, so that the face is pointing toward the sun.  The only other thing is that warm clothes are worn, so sweating occurs and this is not normal sweating, but actually organ sweating. As the souls of the feet strike the ground, there is s massaging effect that goes all the way up the body and all the way up the meridians in the body and all the way through the organs… which literally start to open up and relax too, releasing blockages and causing the negative energy to come out of the pores of the body, which is where the sweating comes from.

Finally, for the more advanced practitioner, the muscle set between the anus and the genitals is slightly tensed, which helps keep energy from draining g out. The results are this not what you get form normal exercise, where the person can release a lot of stress but end up exhausted, but the persona also receives a lot of energy and releases deeper inner blockages that most exercises never get to release.

All in all it is a dynamic exercise that must be learnt by tuition. Attempts to learn from videos are also useful but as there are so many subtleties to this exercise, including the leg and neck positions, it is advisable to seek out the tuition of a registered expert.
